EMT (Texas EMTB) Course
There are three separate and distinct phases to the courses at EMS Online Training Plus.
The book, or didactic, portion is taught first and is a separate phase of our class structure.
Once that is complete, or nearly complete, there is a skills portion where the student learns and practices the needed skills to be an EMT-B.
After that is accomplished, the EMT-B student will perform clinical assignments, which can include ambulance ride-out time and hospital or other health care facility provided services. As a student, the clinical environment is geared toward learning and seeing practical applications of the skills and knowledge they have gained in the previous two sessions.
This multi-phased approach allows the student to have precise goals for each phase and helps the students gain comfort and competence in an orderly fashion.
Each phase is priced separately to ease the financial burden on the student and still allow them to be successful.
